Bobby Santos III will head to Lakeville, Conn., to race in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour's inaugural race at Lime Rock Park on Saturday, July 3.

LIME ROCK PARK - Santos has previously raced in a Legends car race at Lime Rock Park, but this will be his first NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour race at the track.

LAST RACE RECAP - Santos finished in fourth position at New Hampshire Motor Speedway last weekend, marking his fifth-consecutive top-five finish to start the 2010 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour season.

IN THE POINTS - Santos currently leads the points standings and is 129 points ahead of second place, Ted Christopher.

ON RACING AT LIME ROCK PARK - "I am excited for Lime Rock. I raced there once in a Legends car in the rain, but I did not do very well. Hopefully, I can do better this time. I am really looking forward to it; the race should be a lot of fun."
